Master of Arts
Examine contemporary issues through critical yet appreciative engagement with the texts and theological/philosophical perspectives of multiple religious traditions.
Do you plan to pursue a career in chaplaincy or provide pastoral/spiritual care within interreligious and spiritual communities? An interreligious Master’s Degree may be right for you.
If you’re a working chaplain with an MDiv (or equivalent) degree, the Doctor of Ministry in Interreligious Chaplaincy program will provide you with the knowledge and skills necessary to take your career to the next level.
At United, we include Public Theology as one of our four main pillars. Through this program, we encourage our students to be agents of change in the world by taking their witness into the public square.

Are you interested in a non-ordained career? Our Master of Arts in Religion and Theology program will prepare you to become a public theologian and thought leader in a variety of contexts.
The MDiv in Religion and Theology program will prepare you for doctoral work in religion and public theology, with a ministerial focus on religious or theological education.
Are you interested in growing your ministry in service of the common good? Our Doctor of Ministry in Public Theology program will give you in-depth exposure to the academic and practical elements of theology as applied in the public sphere.
